Portfolio Lending could be a solution for those with unique financial needs. These mortgages are held by portfolio lenders and can offer customized rates, terms, and eligibility criteria not available to conventional borrowers.
A HELOC, or Home Equity Line of Credit, is a type of loan that allows you to borrow against the equity in your home. This can be a great option if you need to finance a large purchase or if you need a line of credit for emergencies.

A Fixed-Rate Mortgage is a type of mortgage in which the interest rate is set for the entire term of the loan. Fixed-Rate Mortgages are popular because they offer stability and predictability.
The Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) is one of the most popular. An ARM loans can be a good option if you plan to stay in your home for only a few years.
A Temporary Buydown is a financing option that can help you get into the home of your dreams by temporarily reducing your mortgage interest rate. It’s a great way to reduce your monthly payments.

I am in a bit of an unconventional situation because I am a musician whose income comes from various sources of revenue, but Boris was extremely thorough and walked me through every step of the way. I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Boris in my real estate investment journey during the last 5 years. I worked with him for my 3rd primary residence refinance loan and 4th primary residence loan. I had excellent outcomes from both. I am very happy with that and definitely, I really want to work with him for my future homes for sure.
